INGREDIENTS One finely chopped onion Minced garlic to taste 4 oz tomato puree 1 tbsp tomato paste 2 tbsp chicken bullion 1/2 tsp turmeric 1 tsp salt Pepper to taste One package spaghetti 5-6 cups water INSTRUCTIONS Sauté onion until golden Add remaining ingredients Bring to a boil Add spaghetti package and 5-6 cups water Cover and stir occasionally until not much water remains Turn off the heat and leave covered for 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS 4 Nectarines or Peaches or Apricots or Apples 250gr/8oz. Fromage Balance or Vanilla Greek Yogurt 3 Large Eggs or 4 Small Ones 50gr/2oz Flour 50gr/2oz Sugar Vanilla INSTRUCTIONS Separate eggs and whip the whites until soft peaks. Mix the rest of the ingredients well, then fold white in carefully. Bake in a 9” pan (not a springform) at 170C/325F for 40 minutes.
