FETTUCCINE CARBONARA

This dish is simple, delicious and very rich! INGREDIENTS 1 lb. thick cut Smokey bacon  2 cups heavy cream 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese INSTRUCTIONS Crisp the bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Be patient with it. Discard the fat. Add the cream and Parmesan and cook until slightly thickened, 5-7 minutes. Add lots of pepper and a little salt. Pour over your favorite pasta.
