FETTUCCINE CARBONARA

This dish is simple, delicious and very rich!

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. thick cut Smokey bacon 

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Crisp the bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Be patient with it.
  2. Discard the fat.
  3. Add the cream and Parmesan and cook until slightly thickened, 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add lots of pepper and a little salt.
  5. Pour over your favorite pasta.
