This dish is simple, delicious and very rich!
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. thick cut Smokey bacon
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Crisp the bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Be patient with it.
- Discard the fat.
- Add the cream and Parmesan and cook until slightly thickened, 5-7 minutes.
- Add lots of pepper and a little salt.
- Pour over your favorite pasta.
