VANILLA GREEK YOGURT OR FROMAGE BLANC STONE FRUIT CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Nectarines or Peaches or Apricots or Apples
  • 250gr/8oz. Fromage Balance or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 3 Large Eggs or 4 Small Ones
  • 50gr/2oz Flour
  • 50gr/2oz Sugar
  • Vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Separate eggs and whip the whites until soft peaks.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients well, then fold white in carefully.
  3. Bake in a 9” pan (not a springform) at 170C/325F for 40 minutes.
