INGREDIENTS
- One finely chopped onion
- Minced garlic to taste
- 4 oz tomato puree
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp chicken bullion
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- One package spaghetti
- 5-6 cups water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Sauté onion until golden
- Add remaining ingredients
- Bring to a boil
- Add spaghetti package and 5-6 cups water
- Cover and stir occasionally until not much water remains
- Turn off the heat and leave covered for 10 minutes
