CENOISE CAKE
Very vanilla. Perfect with whipped cream (what isn’t???) and strawberries. INGREDIENTS 350gr/7oz Greek yogurt 4 eggs, separated 100gr/4 oz sugar 50gr/2oz cornstarch 1 tsp baking powder INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 170C/325F. Combine eggs yolks, sugar, cornstarch and baking powder. Beat whites until firm but not dry. Bake for 50 minutes.
