CAFE AU LAIT PUDDING
Ingredients 2 cups milk 3 tbsp instant coffee 2 tbsp plus 2 tsp cornstarch 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp sugar 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/4 tsp vanilla Instructions Whisk milk, coffee, cornstarch, 1/4 cup sugar in a small pan. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Let cool for ten minutes (preferably in an ice bath). then pour into 4 ramekins or cups and chill, uncovered, 20 minutes. Whip cream with sugar and use to decorate. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
