Ingredients
- 4 CHICKEN BREASTS, halved
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 ONION, Chopped
- 2 gloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 4 tbsp crushed fresh sage leaves
- 2 cans san marzzano crushed tomatoes
Instructions
- Heat up stock.
- Add onions and garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium low heat for 40 minutes.
- Uncover and cook to thicken.
