RIAD FES FINANCIER

Ingredients

  • 100gr/3.5oz butter
  • 90gr/3oz almond flour
  • 60gr/2oz flour
  • 120gr /4oz powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 120gr/4oz egg whites
  • 60/2oz gr raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F/170C.
  2. Pam an 8” round springform pan.
  3. Make brown butter and set aside.
  4. Combine the flour, sugar, almond flour and vanilla. Mix in the egg whites (unbeaten) until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Place in pan, arrange raisins on top.
  6. Bake 30 minutes.
