Ingredients
- 100gr/3.5oz butter
- 90gr/3oz almond flour
- 60gr/2oz flour
- 120gr /4oz powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 120gr/4oz egg whites
- 60/2oz gr raisins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F/170C.
- Pam an 8” round springform pan.
- Make brown butter and set aside.
- Combine the flour, sugar, almond flour and vanilla. Mix in the egg whites (unbeaten) until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Place in pan, arrange raisins on top.
- Bake 30 minutes.
