Ingredients
- 5 medium apples, peeled cured and quartered (Jazz apples are great for this dish)
- 10 oz Chobani plain Greek yogurt (or another non-sour thick yogurt)
- 3 eggs
- 100ml cream
- 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
- 3-4 oz sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Spray an 8” springform pan with Pam. Arrange the apples at the bottom.
- Mix well all ingredients except for apples. Pour over apples.
- Bake roughly 60 minutes or until firm.
This recipe is typically the filling of a tart, so it has a crust. I prefer this purer form. You can simply make your favorite pie crust recipe and pour the filling into it.
