CAFE AU LAIT PUDDING

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp plus 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Whisk milk, coffee, cornstarch, 1/4 cup sugar in a small pan.
  2. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Let cool for ten minutes (preferably in an ice bath). then pour into 4 ramekins or cups and chill, uncovered, 20 minutes.
  4. Whip cream with sugar and use to decorate.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
