Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp plus 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Whisk milk, coffee, cornstarch, 1/4 cup sugar in a small pan.
- Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Let cool for ten minutes (preferably in an ice bath). then pour into 4 ramekins or cups and chill, uncovered, 20 minutes.
- Whip cream with sugar and use to decorate.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
