INGREDIENTS
- 4 Nectarines or Peaches or Apricots or Apples
- 250gr/8oz. Fromage Balance or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 3 Large Eggs or 4 Small Ones
- 50gr/2oz Flour
- 50gr/2oz Sugar
- Vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
- Separate eggs and whip the whites until soft peaks.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients well, then fold white in carefully.
- Bake in a 9” pan (not a springform) at 170C/325F for 40 minutes.
