1 tsp ras al hanout (optional; its a Moroccan spice mixture)
Vegetables:
1 large red pepper
1 large green pepper
1 white or red onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp oil
Salt and pepper
Optional; tahini sauce or yogurt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Place all meatball ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Form 16 balls (on the large side). Spread them out on a large tray. Toss the vegetables in oil and scatter around the meatballs.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes. Toss with fresh coriander and serve with sauce and pita or naan.
